2003 P Roosevelt Dime Struck Thru?

The obverse side surrounding the date is bulged out slightly and there are a some problems around the rim on the reverse at the A in America there is bid dent which leads to the bulge on the obverse side. Also the rim looks as if its folded over above the T in states and a few smaller ones around the rim. Would this be a struck through error by chance? Thank you

This coin is heavily damaged. The pushed up metal was caused by some substance hitting, scraping or smashing against the coin.

Not struck through, but heavily damaged somehow, definitely post mint damage. Perhaps put in a vice or pliers? Nothing good, not an error, just bad damage.
