1991-D Lincoln Cent; Broadstike, PMD, Or Something Else?

I noticed this Lincoln Cent is a bit larger in diameter than is typical. At first this brought to mind "broadstrike", but the rim looks like it's probably too well-defined. The edge of the coin, as you can see in the last photo, has a double-finned appearance, which I have seen a few times. Also, the coin looks fairly corroded, which probably supports some sort of PMD playing a role. Any insight is appreciated!

This is a " Texas Cent" -- an alteration. For some reason, the copper plating is usually stripped from these artificially enlarged cents.
Error coin writer and researcher.

Yes a Texas Cent--placed between two straps of leather and then pounded until the diameter gets larger (everything is bigger in Texas).

The stretching of the coin makes the plating fall off of the coin.
