It weighs 6.7 grams and has a diameter of 18 millimeters.
Like my earlier post, this was a product of the Excelsior Collectors Guild from the late 1990s, so I suspect that it is not a rarity. The COA merely claims that it is an "Egyptian Tetradrachm" from (Ca) 244-296 AD.
It does look that a Roman Colonial Tetradrachm from that periods, possibly philip II, but the low quality has made most of the inscription unreadable to me.
