Looks normal enough to me. I don't think it's likely to be some sort of improper alloy or anything like that from what I'm able to see here.

I combined both the obverse and reverse pics of your post but as John1 has stated, best to remove your coin from the holder before a photo as to not have a glossy image due to mylar. I'm not quite sure what you are asking about this coin. Can you clarify a bit? Do you see an error?

Looks plated to me. It is too shiny to be a natural coin. Now just a Wheat cent.
