Hello everyone,

I'm a little out of my depth and not entirely sure where I'm meant to be posting, or what I'm meant to be posting! I very recently inherited a coin collection from my uncle whom appeared to have coins from all over the world and in a variety of qualities. All I've really managed to do is photograph most of them, except a pot of mixed global currency, and I've got a few handwritten lists he's created which also means very little to me.

Is there a forum I can just post all of the images to and get some ideas with what I'm looking at?

Thanks! :)

Thanks for moving the post jbuck! I'm extremely out of my depth with all of this haha!

I'm unable to resize the images to upload them until perhaps tomorrow, but for anyone who could take a look I've uploaded them to my google drive here:

@Denver,

First:

Without pictures, we won't be able to help much. If you can get pictures on a digital camera or a cell phone, here is a tutorial on how to load them: https://www.coincommunity.com/forum...g-images.asp

Do you have U.S. coins or world coins (I noticed in your introduction you mentioned Jefferson nickels)? If you have U.S. coins, you can do your own research on ebay to find out their value. For example, you will see that very few Jefferson nickels are worth a lot of money, unless they are in really exceptional condition.

If you have modern (after 1600) world coins, you could describe the coin here, and tell us the size, and what the legends (words) say, and we may be able to help you figure out what you have.
