Roman-Colonial-Tetradrachm?-ID-As-Seleukid-Antiochus-Epiphanes-VIII

This weighs 6.8 grams. It looks to be the right weight and size for a Roman provincial tetradrachm, but might well be too far gone to narrow it down more.

One one side I see the eagle with might be inscriptions on the sides. The other side has a radiate head but that is all I can get.

I suspect this one is Seleukid, perhaps Antioch's VIII Epiphanes. I think I can imagine seeing EΠIΦAN reverse left.
