Roman Colonial Tetradrachm? ID As Seleukid Antiochus Epiphanes VIII

It looks to be the right weight and size for a Roman provincial tetradrachm, but might well be too far gone to narrow it down more. I think I can imagine seeing EΠIΦAN reverse left.
