I think this coin is East Asian but have no idea what so ever, and would love some background on it, AKA to know if it is junk or not. It is electrically conductive, not that that helps much. Thank you so much!

I agree that it looks a lot like an early 1900s Tibetan coin. However, there's no way it could be real because it appears to have been produced with a 3D printer. Using computer graphics terminology, the curves on the surfaces display the stair-step characteristic of non-antialiased raster images. At first, I thought it was an artifact produced by your camera but, when I looked closer, I saw that the woodgrain in the background shows no such effect. Sorry.

I think it's a focus issue

Could you take closer photos, with the first rotated 90 degrees to the right, but if it is real it should weigh 18.5 grams.
