I saw a coin today that looked a little off to me. Unfortunately, this is the only picture I have of it. My concern is the rim, with the strike appearing to be a bit off-center. Does this look odd to you as well, or in contrast is it not enough to be cause for concern?

I would think the rim is from being in jewelry, but it doesn't look right to me either.

Slight die mis-alignment, perhaps.

I think its fake. It has the same look as a lot of the other Chinese counterfeits I've seen.

Looking at not only the rim but the roundness of the lettering I'd say "fake" on this one.
