MS60, more so because of the reverse. Weak strike, No definition on the chest feathers or the leaves to the right of the arrows.

The photos are at a slight angle, and the top of each photo is slightly out of focus. Grading from what is clear, there is evident obverse wear on the second cotton blossom, hair above the ear, earlobe, cheek, and large bear claw and on the eagle's right leg (our visual left), bow, talons, and lower sprigs on the wreath. Nice one, but I'm at AU-58 here.
