Hello everyone is has been a while. I am new to coin collecting and have found several coins penny roll hunting. I've posted a few on ebay under the name dajoh_5399. I am far from a professional and would like some expertise. I've got alot to learn still... thank you for your feedback...

@dfb, first welcome to CCF. Second I agree with @john1 that this all looks like damage and heavy wear to me.

You really think so. I do value your opinions. I found it coin roll hunting and the picture doesn't really do it justice the surface is very flat. Doesn't appear to be from wear and it's slightly smaller than a regular penny on the right side. Thank you for taking the time to look. I'm a PCGS member maybe I'll send this one to them just to be sure.... thank you again.

Yes of course--glad to give an opinion. Maybe just check back to this thread over the course of the next few hours to let more people weigh in before you spend the money to get it graded.

Added: If you do send it in, please follow up with this thread when you get your results back! It is very helpful to have that feedback--regardless of whether we were right or wrong.
