But it doesn't follow exactly the design. It is not hub doubling. If it were a doubled die, then all the other devices would also be affected on the rest of the devices. I'm not seeing that on this coin. If it is raised, then it might be a die crack. If it is incuse then it maybe coin damage. Just can tell from the images provided. But not a doubled die.
