Here is a Horngroschen from the German Landgravinate of Hesse that is dated 1467 AD. It was minted at Cassel and is attributed as Levinson I-108. The two digit date is visible on the rev 6^.   "If you climb a good tree, you get a push."

Undated Hungarian Denar under King Matthias Corvinus that can be attributed to 1467 with a B-satr/S mint mark;Huszar 717,Ungr 561b,Pohl 214-2.   |

Good coins, they are just so old.
I for one can wait for 7th edition when we are seeing stuff like this. We are DEEP into the 1400s now!
In a few years I expect to start collecting Ottoman Akce and Mangirs which I know have AH dates going back into the 700s (1300sAD).

Three coins for 1467-great work folks! Here is another Horngroschen from Saxony. It is dated 1466 AD, with the two digit date in the usual spot on the rev.   "If you climb a good tree, you get a push."

I have been resisting starting any new collecting themes (since thoughts of mortality are not so distant). But that didn't stop me from nabbing a couple of Hungarian madonna denars like @eddiediz's yesterday on the cheap (especially with the euro at par with the $) so I can plug gaps for 1470 and 1469 next time through. |

Ok no prob @ed. I'll post mine now but hold off before dropping back until you've had a chance to post yours. Here is what I think will be the last Horngroschen that I post to this thread. This one was minted at Colditz for the German Duchy of Saxony-Wittenberg. It is dated 1465 AD and the six is clear enough, but the five is sideways. I have attributed it as Levinson I 95. It has been a couple days since our last coin of 1465, so it seems safe to post this Goldgulden from 1464 AD. It was minted in Bacharach, for the German Electorate of Pfalz. It isn't dated, but is datable to that single year and is attributed as Felke 1395 and Friedberg 1978. As usual, my cheapo USB camera scope struggles to get the color correct on gold.
