It it very hard to see anything as the pictures are small and sideways.

Please send new pictures that are larger, cropped right side up. Also, please give the weight and diameter.

I agree h larger pictures are needed. However the bottom picture looks like the bust of Constans.

The reverse looks like Victory advancing left, dragging captive. Possibly Theodosius?

I agree, SALVS REI-PVBLICAE reverse with Victory and captive. Very crude, though.

Hi Guys- I think we have an AE4 of Arcadius minted in Aquileia. The reverse does look like an Aquileia type even though I cannot see the mint mark. Possibly this one-

DN ARCADI-VS PF AVG, pearl diademed, draped, cuirassed bust right / SALVS REI-PVBLICAE, Victory walking left, holding trophy over shoulder and dragging a captive behind her. Chi-Rho in left field. RIC IX Aquileia 58c type.
