Looks like splits with rotation to me.

I just took another look at it and there are definitely three splits in the upper left corner of the D. It also helps that it is in mint state too.

Just got news from Wiles. He sees the split serifs and it is an RPM, but, too minor to list. All I can do is shake my head....

Ah bummer. Not listable, but I would think that you should save it in a 2x2 regardless. Is that your plan?
