So I found a 1911 or what I thought was a 1911 after further investigation found that there was 22 making it 1922 why would anybody add 11 over 22 it's very clear that the 11 is more recent than the 19 on the coin I have been collecting for years I've seen lots of cover ups I call them one being in particular the infamous 1943 I have several coins Wheat penny's that clearly it was made to look like a different year than it was before hiding the 3 it's funny cause u can tell it's been altered to make u thinkimg]uploaded/Doubleking13/20200110_20200110_031841.jpg[/img it's a for instance a 1946 that I own clear as day the 6 is not even a 6 it's like a o with the 3 cutting thru it faint week but its obvious that it is a three

This coin is clearly a circulated 1911 cent. I don't even see the 2's, not to mention an overdate like that is impossible.

The missing VDB tells it is not a 1922.

Looks like an ordinary 1911 cent, apparently heavily oxidized.

You could literally take any 1946 penny with a slightly damaged date and say "this has to be a 1943 penny worth hundreds of thousands of dollars that someone covered up!" but your not really getting yourself anywhere with that. It's obviously a 1911 cent, not 1922.

it appears to be a normal 1911. I see no evidence of any 2s.

The surface of this coin in reality is different from what you see on these pictures. (compressed and distorted). If you take a better quality images you may never see those 2's ever again.

I'm sorry, but this couldn't more obviously be a circulated 1911 cent. No need for more pictures.
