I believe it's a 1996 with a crater forming under the copper plating of the the six from the zinc inside the cent corroding away. My guess. The others will be here shortly

thanks coindexter I figured something like that seeing how there are so many years apart it couldnt be what I first thought it was.

Hi,

There is No way to tell from the picture...It's too close....In any case with that much rot, other than curiosity, doe's it make a difference? :-) I'd spend it before it decomposes completely:-)

If you are checking for Wide AM and Close AM stuff it might matter but the coin would be a disaster to attribute anyway:-)

Like Bill said, you could check the reverse...or post an image of the entire obverse and I could tell you which it is.
