ARe you talking about the location of the mint mark? If so, did someone have there eyes closed when working at the mint? COOL!

Ya ,but check the dates on the two coins , they had them closed for a whole year .

Mintmark placement seemed to be all over the place during the 1950s. They seemed to have cleaned it up rather well during the 1960s and were doing well until 1988 when they went all over the place again.

Very little collector interest in placement alone, so they have very little if any extra value.
