Try and find the attribution number using the three main reference sites and let us know what you find out.

I checked Variety Vista, but did not find a match, but I knew something was different. I had not considered a die chip. I agree that definitely looks like what it is. Thanks for the input, Lawest!

I think it is a die scratch. A chip would be taller than the mintmark, because the post would have to chip off the center of the die on that area. (not seeing that here)
