looks normal to me for the date...as far of the WE, might be a slight die break/chip next to the right of the W

Thanks to both of you, the only thing that stood out to me was the small excess of material parallel to the W, nothing else caught my attention and I wasn't sure about a die break or crack. Thanks again!
