I found two today, but I can't really figure out if these are considered true errors or if they're classed similarly to over-polished dies. Is there any market for them? I think they're cool, but not sure how common they are/how they're viewed by the community.

The only way they would have a premium is if they were "major" and out of the ordinary.

Are coins like this worth saving, or are they spenders?

I've not heard of anyone collecting them categorically. If you like them, though, why not? I'm sure John is right that they'd have to be pretty extreme and easily visible to add sale value, but even so they probably wouldn't add a great premium.
