Have surcharges been paid out for the 2017 and 2018 commemorative programs? The latest information I could find is this January 2019 article from Coin World, which says Boys Town received $994,475 in surcharges. But there was a holdup with the Lions Club:

Quote:
Surcharges totaling $855,540 "will be paid when the Lions Club organization submits all of its paperwork," according to T.V. Johnson, chief of the Mint Office of Corporate Communication.

I couldn't find any followup information about those surcharges, nor could I find anything about the 2018 WWI and BCA programs.

Amazing there is that much money from the purchases of the Commemoratives, Just Amazing, What's more, We the coin collecting Enthusiasts pay an extra sum, EVERY TIME We purchase one.... $5,025.00 shy of a million dollars! WOW....Also amazing is We are surcharged, Taxed, Usage fees, and taxed on just about EVERYTHING!! Why not, They know We all want what We want !! PS, Keep an eye on the river or harbor for floating wooden boxes, filled with Leaves......
