I'm questioning the size of the bill. It is smaller. I dont know ifletters and nimbbersare correct for the year either. The seals, numbers, and portrait are all the same size as the larger bill Report this Post to the Staff

JUST KIDDING, Looks ODD to me due to the letters and numbers not being faded and If you look at the last picture with them stacked on top of each other you can CLEARLY see the over washed one is much shorter then the other one. After a washcloth has been wet and then dried, it's a tiny bit smaller than a new one. Our currency is printed on security bond paper made from cotton and linens and is going to mimic its qualities.
