If you look at where the border meets the ink its smaller. I thought it was just the border at first. The print doesn't line up to the regular size bill from what I can see

First off are making them? JUST KIDDING, Looks ODD to me due to the letters and numbers not being faded and If you look at the last picture with them stacked on top of each other you can CLEARLY see the over washed one is much shorter then the other one. Interesting.

Imagine the note as a small thin smooth washcloth. After a washcloth has been wet and then dried, it's a tiny bit smaller than a new one. Our currency is printed on security bond paper made from cotton and linens and is going to mimic its qualities.
