Djrob Valued Member United States 78 Posts	Posted 01/18/2020 04:53 am So I found a 69 d a while back and something just didn't look right about the mint mark I asked some individuals on here about it well and I was told it was an indention where the mint mark has shifted or eroded and that it is impossible for it to be so Just wasn't sure because there are indications on the d that make it possible and so I gave it to a friend of mine who happens to work in a forensic lab he sent me this pic. So I would really like some feedback on what the heck this is thank you in advance.. Report this Post to the Staff

Spence Moderator United States 34430 Posts	Posted 01/18/2020 06:29 am @djrob, my personal opinion is that it isn't an OMM, but rather just vaguely S-shaped surface discoloration, but I'm interested to hear what the LCS has to say.
