panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18681 Posts	Posted 01/20/2020 10:12 am imo the coin looks lightly cleaned to shine it up. there are numerous hairlines on both sides with displaced metal to the right and left of the date which may result in a details grade. once a scratch moves metal TPG tend to not ignore that.
