I just wanted to get an opinion from the community on this. I'm aware that the zinc cents had some issues in production
Main focus here is the B in liberty. I'm sort of leaning toward PMD but what is the consensus on the below?

Looks like a plating bubble that has burst and the air is
attacking the zinc. It will only get worse.
A spender.

Damage split the plating. Not the rot is setting in. A spendable, the clock is ticking down for this coin.
