https://www.ebay.com/itm/1849-P-NOV...AOSwFshb5zX7I have never bought from them but I see their items quite often. Wide variety of coins including slabs but I have also seen them offer a number of these "novelty" Seated dimes in a lot of different dates. I thought reproductions must be marked as such on the coin? This seller has always scared me due to their mixed of real and novelty coins.

For legal purposes, reproductions should be marked. In either case, this violates ebay policies per this page.

Thanks for the tip Buffalo78 Been reported to ebay for removal. Surprised a large seller like him doesn't know that they are illegal to sell. Just checked, he has been reported before for selling counterfeit coins as well as posting graded coins not recognized by ebay.

keith12 It doesn't matter if they are marked copy or not, they are still against ebay policy to sell.

I wouldn't be so concerned . Let E-bay do what it wants to this guy ,but who in their right mind would buy those coins as genuine when in his listings he states '' COPY ''all over the place .

The listings may say "COPY" but the coins don't. What's to stop someone from buying his inventory and trying to pass them off as genuine?

Probably best to avoid buying from dealers who sell copies and reproductions, however described.
