Need to confirm if this is indeed a 1972P type 2 or not.

I didn't spend much. But just want to confirm. I am only posting one pick as closeup as I can other earth on the revease if other pics are needed let me know.

The coin is beat to heck but it does make a set for me.

This is not a type 2. The type two has almost like a valley under the islands

For a refund and shipped it back. Yes it was beat to heck. But I thought I got what needed to complete set. Oh well live and learn.

If you have a 1972 s, look at the earth on it, that's what the type 2 business strike looks like.

So I found another one. This a NGC rated AU58. And the depressions are clear and certified. And guess what I am going to do? Crack that baby open and complete another dansco! Braaaa haa ha! :)
