I don't think this is the overdate. The little metal tab at the top of the 2 might be from a die chip or some minor damage.
Grade is XF45 or so; attractive, but not the valuable variety.

That is indeed some damage, a nick or something similar. It is in the wrong place for the tip of the "1" in overdate. The foot of the four looks doubled, but I'm not sure. Thanks for the help!
