@Preantique, first welcome to CCF. Second, yes could be a die chip or with all of that circulation flattening, it could even be a slice of metal from the Q that has been partially removed.

Could it be die late stage Die Deterioration? Look at the letters not just the Q, also look at face and rest of letters am I the only one that this could something else

Thanks all for your comments, I'm leaning toward the die chip theory myself but there is no sign of its contour inside the Q. It looks like that this "spur" stretches out from the own material of the Q.

I could make a more detailed picture, showing some faded contour of something, that can even be a die chip! Or something else. But not sure.
