coinguybrian Rest in Peace United States 5375 Posts	Posted 10/15/2008 12:39 am I can never get a good, or even DECENT deal on a $10 eagle or something because these idiots bid FAR over heritage auction prices. Seriously, with enough investment capital I could make $150+ per coin on double eagles. The stuff that's going for $1100 on heritage is going for close to $1300 on the bay... While I don't do Gold, I find very little numismatic material on e-bay to be a good buy except for the occasional one that slips through the cracks. I'm also noticing a lot more "Buy it Nows" and not so many 0.99 cent starting bids. I think e-bay came out with a communique awhile ago saying they would be encouraging BIN's and focus less on "auction-style". Report this Post to the Staff
