Hello, I am looking for help to identify this piece of round magnetic metal I found in an old coin lot. it has the markings J3 TOD and is the exact same size as a US 1 cent. Thanks!

@sl71, also looks like the side with the lettering has a rim. Is that right? Also, can you please post a close-up of the edge? For sure not a coin, but maybe we can help narrow things down a little with more info.
