Looks like a contact mark on the lobe area. Not a doubled ear from what I can see.

Well that shows the area a bit better. Wexler lists it as 2018-D WDDO-001

But the date is not from a doubled die hub. It is from excessive die wear call ' DDD' ( Die Deterioration Doubling)
