A tough one as the obverse legend difference is off flan or at least completely worn away.
That said the hair style might be a giveaway so I'll go with RIC I...The ear being slightly concealed by the hair....Also RIC 7 is quite a rare coin and the hairstyle seems to reveal the ear completely...

The difference between RIC 1 and RIC 7 is the obverse legend. RIC 1 is M AVR ANTON-INVS CAES. RIC 7 is M AVR ANTON CAES PONTIF. Both have the same bust and reverse.

Your coin reads M AVR ANTO[N ...]. The "N" must be filled. RIC lists no coins beginning M AVR ANTO-. Unfortunately, the determinative portion of your coin is missing.

I got the the image of RIC1 Caracalla denarium with the same beginning M AVR ANTO-
It's really RIC1
