Was trying to match up with a specimen on Variety Vista with no luck. Am I just looking at MD? I'm seeing something on the south west of the D. Thanks everyone.

@djd, rather than an RPM or even MD, that looks more like split plate doubling to me.

Looks normal. On the tops of the date devices, it maybe an issue with coins sliding over those digits that mark them look affected. Nothing is doubled/enlarged, so I rule out a doubled die. On the DDO on the date is most often seen on the last few digits:
No examples of DDO in my host for this year, but other years to show what I'm talking about:
