I assume the other posters know this particular variety when they see it. My first thought was the "Longacre doubling" effect often seen on Indian cents.
This looks like a sharp BU coin with an area of natural discoloration on the reverse. Seems to have nice original color and decent luster. I'll venture MS-64RB, very attractive.
