1889 coin, its in pretty bad shape and I cant tell whats on the back, I think a V maybe? anyone know what it might be?

being 1889 I would think might actually be worth some money, but how bad of shape it is in, I'm guessing its not gonna be lol.

rare or worth anything?

Well worn, damaged Liberty V nickel. Worth about 10 cents to a cull coin buyer.

If it wasn't damaged it would be worth a couple of bucks in low grade. Definitely not worth a lot unless it was either proof or high mint state.
