Not sure if this is an error Penny or not but it looks like there's extra metal on it.

Not a plus for the coin. The plating has split on that area. When this happens it exposes the zinc and it starts to rise. The breakdown continues on these until the coins zinc eventually all goes away.

Not a keeper, but a spender. Also a deal breaker for a coin you might buy. The time bomb is counting down on these cents.

Yes that is the zinc core starting to deteriorate--this coin is a spender.

Unfortunately, . Zinc rot is fatal for the coin. No error here, sorry.
