1995-P LMC, Would This Be A Plating Issue Of Some Sort?

I found this one earlier and at first I thought it was just plating bubbles so I tried to push them down with my nail but nothing happened. I looked at them and they seem crater shaped so I thought maybe they were bubbles that were previously flattened some how but I feel like I should have been able to push these down as well if that were the case, The marks I am referring to are raised off of the coin and you can see it continues below the date as well.

Either way I think it looks pretty cool.

Hard to tell if it is some sort of PMD marks, or some imperfection under the copper platting (zinc rot), either way its damage. I am leaning towards imperfections. If they were gashes/marks I'd think you could see the silver-like colour of the zinc.
