@january1may - I think 'Heinrich Appel' designed it - yes! He designed another set of 3 from Hamburg and signed those by reversing his name ' Loppa'. Funnily though, those notes don't bear any other similarity of design. The 'Carl H Lange' note is a beautifully designed piece, both back and front.

I reckon I can get to 50..........then we can see. It has been a learning curve for me, as it is making me look at the notes from a different angle. The listing will at least show interested collectors, about how broad the world of notgeld collecting can be. Its another way to collect them - get as many different issuing bodies and authorities as you can. Collect 1 piece or set from each letter alphabetically - collect as many different place names as possible - from a certain or specific theme - etc etc.......its endless.
