Could be just a worn die, but wanted to make sure. Appreciate the help. I looked at Verity Vistas 1973 S FS-001, but it wasn't much help except for the S mint mark.
Note that most of the devices on the coin are actually smaller than normal from die over polishing on the motto and Liberty areas. Then figure in die wear on the reduced devices. Not a doubled die. The strike that year was very strong. This may have worn the dies a little faster. Keep in mind to compare these devices with a normal coin from the same year. If you compare with with a different year, the design maybe different than this years. 'In' is showing strong polishing. 'God' is showing Machine Doubling and die wear flow lines are above both of these devices. So I'm not seeing anything like a doubled die on this obverse.
