Note the devices are mirrored. It is PSD. Judging by the small area affected, I thinking this was done on a construction site with two coins, two 2X4s with the coins stacked and smacked with a large hammer. If it was done with three coins and a vise, then all the areas of the coin would be affected:

This one sold on ebay even after being told it was a fake. Just took the money and run.
