Okay. So this is a 1904 Indian head that on the reverse. If you look closely at the images from the bottom part of the C all the way around to the right up to the shield a chunk of the top design not there and if you look at the ribbon at the very bottom, it's actually double stamped with a fold-over from one of the leaves on the right. Folded over on it. And now that ribbon is all rounded. Up to the top left of the wreath. At about 10 is it chunk missing? Of one of the layers and I believe that is what is down smashed into that leaf. Making it a double. Not sure if There's any doubling on the front. I don't think so. Is well on the reverse you can see the little lines that are on the sea. Those were part of the vines that somehow got folded over in stamped. So anyway, I could use help on this one too. And those are the best images I have.

From those pictures, it looks to me like glue.
You can even see the bubbles.

I'm not sure. I follow you by what you mean by Glue. If you look around the bottom where the word scent is. You see that curling design that's metal on there. That's not supposed to be there. It's actually supposed to be a Vine running up the wreath. It's that kind of stuff I'm talking about and the coin doesn't have any foreign substances on it. It's completely solid just around the right side. It has almost a moute in there because a top Cloud layer something seems to be missing. Yeah, I wasn't unclear on there being a foreign substance on the coin again. The pictures are bad. But what I'm looking at is the area from the bottom of it all the way around the right where it's missing the top layer. And those bubbles are water that had gotten on there and I couldn't tell until after I took the picture after the picture. I just used a microfiber to just Camp It Off yeah, the those little bubbles aren't anywhere in the coin that was actually on the plastic. Of the holder

If that is glue on the reverse, that would be better than a plated reverse. Glue could be removed.

An acetone bath might help, but basically this worn example is worth less than a dollar however it turns out.
