MS-63/64 Splotchy black toning kills the eye appeal on obverse . Might want to give it a couple of quick dips followed by distilled water rinse .

MS-63. This type of toning has very little eye appeal.

MS62. I'm not turned off by the toning. If mine, I'd add it to my Dansco quarters album featuring toned examples.
