Eyebrow ding cheekbone and jawline dings as well as scuff or blemish in front of the nose hold this to a MS-64 for me.

MS64 for me. With everything else noted, the N in IGWT (obv) has a curious linear feature in the diagonal. The letter T ( first letter in TRUST) appears to be dinged a bit too. Nice coin.
