I don't think its a Die clash to small for what's on the reverse of the coin and Odd placement unless its the tip of the wheat stem. No Polish marks signs of a clash removal at all on obverse or reverse just the one mark. Could be a Die Gouge I guess. Its interesting cause it looks VERY CLOSE to the marks you see under the eye for a Double eye. This is a new one for me. All the coins I have searched MANY MANY MANY and I never seen a mark like this on the bridge of a nose.
There were a channeling issue they used during that time to add strength to the die, but it appears to be in a different direction. So it might be a die gouge.
