The picture doesn't exactly do this coin justic with whatever this toning is but it is beautiful and I'm blown away. I found it today roll hunting. If anymore photos needed or in different lighting so you can see the entire quarter even the obverse side and edges are black. And no it does not rub off/ fade or anything. As a quarter coin roll hunter I'm always looking up pictures and or details about errors and coins that are in great shape wondering wether to put them in a 2x2 or roll them back up for cash in. But google isn't being to kind about it and it seems no one has ever done a full State Quarters guide. Like a one source scroll to find. Ive got so many coins stacked up now and I'm paranoid about passing up a potentially great find. Report this Post to the Staff

Note the lighter areas are the raised areas where the color has worn of the coin. I refer to this as antiquing: Not a plus for the coin for a premium.
