This coin is 27mm and 1.7g. I found a similar coin on Zeno: https://www.zeno.ru/showphoto.php?photo=125320 but not an exact match. Can anyone narrow this ID down?

Your reference coin in Zeno is quite close.

I think the following one is a match, accounting for different dies:

I agree, Rasulids, al-Mu'ayyad Hizibr al-Din Da'ud ibn al-Muzaffar Yusuf, 1297-1322, al-Mahjam mint, date less certain but 716 seems a reasonable reading. The ruler's name and titles occupy the reverse field: Yusuf / al-sultan al-malik / al-Mu'ayyad Hizibr al-Din / Da'ud bin al-malik / al-Muzaffar. The reverse margin cites the last 'Abbasid caliph al-Musta'sim posthumously, followed by mint and date. Religious legends occupy the obverse.
