I have this 1943 P LWC with what appears to either a flawed planchet or a die crack within a die crack. No sure but I am thinking a flawed planchet.

Coming off of Abe's chin does appear to be a shallow die crack. From your pics, the circular whitish thing looks more like surface discoloration.
