I came across a very nice 1983 penny which has ghosting of memorial building on the front and the Lincoln profile on the back would it still be considered a die clash or something else I'll post pics as soon as I can find it again.

It will always be a die clash. When the die is altered to remove the clash then it will no longer strike coin that show a die clash. But the coin remains a die clash coin. What are we seeing to tell us that is what it is?
