The OBV of this token has a re-punching in "OF" and the first "O" of HONOR. The RVS has an "N" over "O" in MONTHLY. Not sure if this is desirable in tokens so thought I would post for comments.

An interesting piece and not sure that I can comment much on the die engraving errors except to say that if only one die was used to strike these pieces, then (obviously) all examples would have these features. I do note that tokencatalog lists a first variety of this token with sans serif numbers and no period after the word HONOR. Yours must be the second variety.
